Our 2025 Annual General Meeting is happening on Thursday 25 September at the Maitlandfield House Hotel, Haddington

Afternoon tea is at 2.00pm for a 2.30pm start and all our Members are invited to join us.

Once registered, you can do everything from: confirming your attendance to appointing a proxy, nominating to our Board or just letting us know your dietary requirements, and you can also access your AGM papers too.
